Stylebook alternative
Organised isn't
the same as styled.
Stylebook is one of the most thorough wardrobe cataloguers around. It stores what you own, tracks how often you wear it, and tells you the cost per wear. But it stops there. It won't tell you what to wear. Aurin does.
Why people look for
a Stylebook alternative.
-
01
iOS only. No web access.
Stylebook has never released a web version. If you don't use an iPhone or iPad, Stylebook simply isn't an option. And even iPhone users have no way to reach their wardrobe from a laptop or desktop.
-
02
No styling advice. It organises, it doesn't advise.
Stylebook archives what you own but won't tell you what to wear with it. There's no conversational interface, no outfit suggestions, no way to ask "what do I wear tonight?" and get a real answer.
-
03
You can browse, but you can't ask
A wardrobe without a voice is just storage. Stylebook lets you scroll through what you own, but it can't respond to a question. Aurin can. In plain English, about any occasion or outfit.
-
04
Manual and time-consuming to set up
Background removal is built in but fiddly. Tagging is manual. For a large wardrobe, the upfront investment is significant. The 2025 update made the editing tools smaller and harder to use.
-
05
No sourcing. The loop doesn't close.
When Aurin identifies a gap, it finds the piece to fill it. Stylebook won't even tell you the gap exists.

You don't need
Stylebook to switch.
There's no import from Stylebook. You don't need one. Aurin builds your wardrobe catalogue through a conversation. Tell it what you own, where your style is heading, and what occasions you dress for. Your first session, your first outfit suggestions. No fiddly background removal. No manual tagging. Just a stylist who listens.
